Cuddled Up + Cozy is a gentle, baby-wearing fitness class designed for caregivers and children up to 18 months to move together safely, combining low-impact cardio, core-strengthening, soothing stretches, an fun interactive opportunities for you and your child!
Soothing pacing, calming music, and opportunities for connection with other caregivers make each session both an effective workout and a nurturing experience, helping parents feel supported as they care for their bodies and their little ones.
Baby-wearing carrier and yoga mat required.
*We don’t have changing tables but you’re welcome to change your baby on your yoga mat at any time!
