Registration Fee
Each dancer is required to pay an annual registration fee of $30.00 per dancer or $50.00 per family (for families with two or more dancers). This fee is non-refundable.
Dress Code Policy
We have a very flexible dress code policy at Stage Door Dance. All hair should be pulled back out of the face. Little Stars, Twinkle Tots, and Kinder Sparklers should wear a one-piece leotard outfit and dance shoes appropriate for the style of dance (ballet, tap shoes, etc.). All other classes should wear dance attire with the appropriate dance shoes, but it is the choice of the dancer as far as style, color, etc! We do not require specific dancewear for any classes EXCEPT for ballet classes. Ballet students should wear a black leotard with pink tights (Teens and Seniors may choose to wear black tights). A detailed dress and shoe requirement letter will be included in your Studio Welcome Packet. Please see our in-studio merchandise for your dancewear needs!
Inclement Weather
Stage Door Dance follows Wake County Public School System’s schedule for inclement weather. Missed classes will be made up in the same way as a regular absence. Absence make up policies vary depending on the type of class or camp. Please see the guidelines for the specific activity. Classes missed due to inclement weather will not be reason for tuition reimbursement.
Media
Stage Door Dance Productions has permission to use dancer’s likeness in advertisements, news releases, or on the website. If you are opposed to using your dancer’s image, please let the front desk know and we will happily accommodate your request.
Medical Attention / Allergies
If your dancer has any medical problems, behavioral conditions, or concerns OR has ANY particular type of allergy, please let us know about the condition in detail PRIOR to enrolling in our programs. We want to serve all of our clients in the best way possible—remember, we are here for you!
